BIO: Projectile Comedy is one of the few professional comedy troupes to hail from good ol’ Montana. No, seriously…we really are from Montana. Projectile Comedy was formed out of the necessity that lives deep in all artists to always be doing more of what you love. Founder Jason Harris brought together the greatest comedic minds in the country (who coincidentally all happened to be in Montana at the time) and said, “I want to start a new comedy group called Projectile Comedy, are you guys in?” The group of comedic genius’ pondered the question and then said “why would we call it Projectile Comedy?” and then Jason Harris said “because I thought it was a very commanding and powerful name representing all of the qualities that we will bring together to deliver our in your face style of comedy…no, actually I already paid to have the logo designed and I can’t get my 50 bucks back, so that’s the name.” From that moment on these comedy pioneers haven’t looked back, they just keep clawing their way to the summit of “Best Comedians in the World Mountain”.

Since their inception, Projectile Comedy has been delivering cutting edge comedy of all forms wrapped up in one show. Their trademark form has been called by some “the black tar heroin of comedy” but it is more commonly referred to as “Comedy Fusion”. It is a form that has made Projectile Comedy a household name around the world. The show includes a perfect mixture of stand up, sketch, short form and long form improv. Projectile Comedy also regularly produces two other shows; the Projectile Comedy "Spotlight" which is a showcase of the best stand up comedy, and Projectile Comedy Improv which is a completely improvised comedy show.

The Projectile Comedy Players (PCP) have performed together in over 250 comedy shows since coming together in early 2004. They perform a couple of times every week in Montana, and they are in the process of putting some of their material on film and also working on taking the show on the road.
